2006 Nissan Pathfinder LE SUV in Calgary, AB

This Pathfinder is the top of the line LE model with power heated leather seats, trip computer, sunroof, PW, PDL, cruise, heated mirrors, BOSE 10 speaker system with IPod connection & subwoofer, 7 passenger ? 3rd row seats fold completely into floor. The engine is a 266 HP 4.0L V6. It has the tow package (hitch).
Aftermarket dvd system from jvc (picture included) valued at 1200 installed
Aftermarket viper car started model 9901 which is about 600 installed.
Original rubber mats cover the carpet and floor mats, also includes 2 mats for the trunk which keeps it clean/scratch free.
It is covered under manufacturer's warranty until November 2011, and I have also purchased additional 4 years warranty with FCIC protection for $3000(which is part refundable to owner at expiry, approx 2000).
This vehicle is in mint condition inside and out. Recently waxed using Meguire's brand. Washed, vacuumed, cleaned out almost 3 times a week to keep it clean as I have access to a car wash bay at work.
Pathfinders are very highly rated by consumer reports etc
I do realize that the price I have posted is higher than the other pathfinders on kijiji, but you have to understand that this is a LE model(HUGE DIFFERENCE), complete leather, sunroof, power everything, HID leveled lights, 1200 dvd deck, car starter 600, both only used for 3 months only, also includes 4 year bumper to bumper warranty which expires jan 2015, which is valued at 3000$(reciept included) - 80% of the warranty is refundable upon expiry.
The price I have posted is roughly my loan amount so Im not looking to make any money. If you are interested in a transfer(due to approval issues) I could also look into that. obo contact me if you would like more detailed pictures.
