1964 Pontiac 389 Code 12H Engine (10.5-1 pistons, 2 bbl carb) This motor is complete and comes with what you see in the pics. Was running when removed from vehicle approx 7 yrs ago. Was in a Catalina. I have been carrying this engine around for years and will probably never get a chance to use it. Yes, engine turns over and is not seized.
