1996 GMC Safari purchased in '97, 4.3l V6, 8 passenger, a/c, rear heater, keyless entry, tinted windows, pwr lock, window, mirror etc., new tires, fresh tun-up, reese hitch( and wiring), roof racks, never smoked in.. accident free.. well maintained.. interior is like new!(no fading/sun bleach) Passed etest no problem and will consider certifying as I believe it will certify now..
