1979 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Minivan in Enderby, BC

Volkswagen minibus for sale. Odometer listed has obviously turned over. Van was in good shape but needs some work now. Last year I had a problem in the transmission fixed and the shop screwed something up so that it now leaks transmission fluid (didn't find out until I had moved back home and couldn't go back to them to fix their mistake). The engine also needs a tune-up. That said, aside from some minor rust in predictable areas the van is in great shape. Just had the exhaust replaced and new tie-rods and other repairs. Automatic transmission is quite rare. Pop-top works fine (a few patches to the canvas as the previous owner had it stored and mice got in). Sink and external gas heater, largest engine for the model year. Old body style, but fuel-injected means the van does decent speeds on the highway. Simply don't have the time or money to fix the issues that the van has, but for someone with the time and cash to fix up the three or four issues this is a great and affordable RV/vehicle. Asking $1,500 but open to offers.
