1989 Nissan 240SX LE Hatchback (swapped in Kimberley, BC

Seller note:

I have a [removed phone]sx here, the old KA24E was swapped for a CA18DET (SOHC non turbo- DOHC turbo)
The good:
-Front mount intercooler with 3" piping.
-SSQV BOV
-3" exhaust from the turbo to the tip. 4" tip.
-Screamer pipe, dumps the wastegate to the atmosphere (very loud)
-255lph fuel pump
-adjustable FPR with gauge
-Upgraded injectors
-Tuned ECU
-Garrett T28 (s14 sr20 turbo)
-Apexi Turbo Timer (not currently installed)
-Stainless braided turbo coolant lines (oil and water)
-to much to list right now.
The Bad:
-Body isn't in great shape, some rust below the doors, 50% done bondo on the hatch as i noticed i do not like body work.
-Front bumper got a bit of extra chopping for the FMIC. but does not look to bad.
-front bumper support was removed and it is sagging at the moment. (an easy fix)
-the battery needs to be relocated to the trunk but is currently in the back seat using jumper cables.
-dash lights do not work, speedo does not work. (which can be fixed by either looking at the subharness to the gauge cluster or buying a new one)
- the engine is running rich due to no knock sensor.
-No powersteering (lines are just blocked)
-Ghetto catch can using garden hose and a soap bottle, but it's better than spraying oil all over the engine.
There are a few more things to know about the car but it is a very good project, the engine has <100XXXkm and the body has <300XXXkm.
I AM NOT willing to part it out, Except for parts of the body and parts that may have been replaced during the swap.
I can throw in a KA24E with unknown km, and a alot of other parts such as the stock turbo dump pipe incase you do not like turning heads after hitting boost.
Since the engine swap i have hardly driven this car, i insured it for 2 days and drove around town. it seemed to run decently and pulled VERY hard. the exhaust will turn heads the second you touch the gas.
The parts alone are worth it, this car has alot of potential, but is not for me as i'm not a body mechanic.
I will not drop the price much, as i love this car more than anything. I am selling it because i have to go work up north and cannot bring it with me. I am not in a rush to sell it, and I will not let it go cheap. so do not low ball.
This is perfect for someone with an old 240sx shell, since i will throw in another running engine.
Will also consider some trades. mostly looking for a street bike but will consider others
