2008 Ford E250 Wheelchair Accessible Van with only 11,000km.
The van was purchased in 2009 for $81,000 and has been recently appraised for $55,000-$60,000 (without any of the electronic hand controls which are now removed.) Willing to go as low as $48,500 o.b.o. (if it is an emergency, I am also willing to negotiate.)
The van itself was first modified in California, which is where the original E250 floor was lowered 9 inches. Canadian companies only lower the floor in full-size vans 6 inches, so issues with headroom will never be a problem in this van. The rest of the interior modifications were completed by Sparrow Hawk, in Ontario. The side doors and lift are both automated and fully operational through the use of a hand-held remote.
The lift on the van is a Braun under-vehicle lift that has been serviced regularly. Without a lift on the interior of the van, there is the potential for the wheelchair user to sit in 4 possible positions.
