2007 Pontiac Montana - Buy it for my trade-in value in Medicine Hat, AB

I am selling my 2007 Pontiac Montana SV6 instead of trading it in; as trade-in would bring me $9,000. I want to give someone the opportunity to buy it for less than what they would at a dealership. I WILL BE TRADING IT IN OCT 14! MUST SELL ASAP. It has141,000 Km's of which 95% are highway driven between Medicine Hat, Brooks, and Calgary. This van has been parked in my garage over the winters. It has new front brakes, and rear breaks have 50-60% left. It comes with power locks, power windows, cruise control, third row seating (back seats not currently used - stored in my garage), NEW VIPER ALARM AND ENTRY SYSTEM ($700 new), and fairly new (20K Km's) $1,500 all weather tires (winter rated with summer time drive). This van has been good to me throughout my ownership, but I'm looking to move into a newer truck. I have all current service records available and oil changes have always been done on time.
