These cars were known for there aggressive looks and big horsepower . This car originated from Portland Oregon and has a little over 50000 orig miles on it . The car came to me in nice driving condition with zero rust and an all original matching #'s drivetrain . The car had a body off restoration with no expense spared . All paint was walnut shell blasted stripped and the car was repainted in it's original " Go Mango " orange . All new interior , headliner, carpets , seats recovered in it's original factory Burnt Orange color . Complete rebuild on it's original 383 Big Block , new mild performance camshaft , Edelbrock manifold , Holley carburator ,custom headers , electronic ignition , were all added to heighten The Challenger's already amazing performance . A brand new out of the box 5 speed Keisler performance transmission with the Iconic Pistol Grip Shifter was added to the car . The 5th gear over the original 4 speed give the car the overdrive needed to cruise nicely at higher RPM's . Also upgraded to perform at today's standards , front disc brakes , rack and pinion steering , all new suspension , custom Rallye style billet aluminum wheels in 17" rear , 16" up front fill out the wheel wells just right the way Dodge should of done it , all the while not looking like a clown car like some other over sized wheels do . Car has an Ipod dock into a hidden stereo system so as not to ruin the original look of the car . All windows , rubber , dash , instruments work flawless , all chrome and stainless polished or replated .Lastly over 80 grand was spent on this car and would make a great addition to a collection or a killer car to just cruise in .
