2000 Subaru impreza in Didsbury, AB

2000 Subaru impreza, 310,000 km well maintained, oil changes every 5000km, excellent shape mechanically, runs great, new starter, battery, new tires 2 months ago, it is my commuter car into Calgary so the majority of the km are highway. Was my daily driver. Had the spark plugs changed, brake fluid flushed, rear differential fluid flushed all done in december, Everything works on the car- pwr windows, pwr locks, a/c works good, no leaks, doesn't burn oil.
The bad- drivers seat has a wear hole in side from getting in and out, has some rust on rear wheel wells, windshield has horizontal crack along the bottom.
