The Good:

The car is lowered 1.3" on Eibach Sportline springs, with Tokico HP shock absorbers.
There is a front upper strut bar, and rear C-pillar bar.
Smoke tinted boost gauge installed.
There is a single mass racing flywheel (10.9 lbs from a 22lbs dual mass flywheel stock) along with a Sachs racing clutch.
Transmission changed in [removed phone],000km on it approx).
All rubber Vacuum Lines in engine replaced with blue silicon tubing.
New OEM battery installed at beginning of winter.
New drive belt, idler, and tensioner installed Feb 2013.
New starter installed at the beginning of winter 2013.
New wipers put on Jan 2013
Rear brakes changed in spring 2012 (along with parking brake cables).
Rear window tint installed, rear windshield tint provided.
Comes with summer tires (Goodyear Allegra Fuel Max, with about a summer left).
Angel Eye custom headlights installed.
Also included is a REVO teknik stage 1 Tuning device (allows switching between stock and stage 1 tuning of ECU).
A USB OBD II cable is also provided (can download a free version of VAG-COM, or I can transfer my collection of VW material to you (~8GB))
Rear passenger wheel bearing changed (fall 2012).
Comes with a Subwoofer (Needs amplifier to work, but wiring already in place) as well as a 7" touch screen multimedia player (USB, SD, DVD, CD, Ipod Connectivity).

The Cons:

Superficial body damage on Driver's side (neighbor backed into my parked car)
Scratch along passenger side.
Rear Driver's side window does not go down, (Spare rear driver's door provided.)
Rear driver's tail light outer plastic cracked, still functional.
Minimal surface body rust.
Front brakes need to be done this spring.
Rare turbo limp mode (cause unknown, but goes away as soon as you restart the engine)
AC doesn't work (compressor is good, changed ~2 years ago, electrical problem along the wiring as on signal does not reach the Compressor)
Passenger mirror could do with replacing, as it is damaged and heating function doesn't work (mirror still intact and adjustable) as well Driver's mirror plastic cracked at bottom.
Could use some paint touch ups, and some slight body work.

I have had this car for 4 years and it has been quite faithful. I drive a lot in it (~500 km/ week). It has been regularly maintained, either professionally or by myself. I have most receipts of everything done since I owned the car. The Fuel economy is great (~800 km/ tank city, over 1000 highway).
