1988 Mazda RX-7 Convertible in Halifax, NS

I have a nice sporty convertable that was running last summer. It was put away for the winter and now I can't start it. The engine turns over but doesnt fire. I dont have the time or skills to diagnose/fix any problems myself. I live in an apartment building and have no garage to do any work in. Since I normally take the bus to work losing this car isnt a real problem to me.
The RX7 is a pleasure to drive. It's got a 13B 1.3L fuel injected rotary engine that produces 145hp and has a curb weight of only 1190kg. The car has an MVI until July this year. Some rust is present around the rear wells and side skirt.
