1969 DODGE CHARGER SE (R/T clone) Avro Arrow H in Ottawa, ON

Seller note:

1969 DODGE CHARGER SE (R/T clone) Avro Arrow H One-of-a-kind 1969 Dodge Charger SE (R/T clone). Wearing a "uniform" similar to the world-famous "General Lee" (of TELEVISION's The Dukes of Hazzard), "The Arrow" is styled in tribute to Canada's legendary "Avro Arrow" fighter plane of the 1950s. Like it's famous military aircraft counterpart, the car bears the number "201" on its doors (in font identical to the "01" on the General Lee; and in reference to the CF-201 on the 1st Avro Arrow). It is also white, with a black tailstripe - just like the Avro Arrow; has "The Arrow" over both doors (again similar to the "General Lee"); and a Canadian Air Force emblem on the roof (in place of the General's Confederate flag). Honouring a legendary and powerful Canadian aircraft that was way ahead of its time - and capable of breaking the speed of sound, seemed like a fitting tribute for such a powerful piece of machinery. (Besides, my grandfather also worked on the original Arrow, as an employee of Avro back in the late 50s ) THIS IS A "MUST-SEE" CAR Words do not do it justice I'll wait your e-mail for the complete modifications i've made to this car. Thanks for looking.
