1993 Land Rover Defender 110 SUV in Calgary, AB

This is the ultimate Land Rover for exploring the back country. It was imported from the Lake District in England about three years ago where it spent its life as a search and rescue vehicle and for obvious reasons it was garage kept and extremely well maintained. Once here it was converted to left hand drive and before I took delivery I had a full external roll cage and new Exmoor Trim interior fitted. This would make it a safe and comfortable vehicle. Since then I have done a few upgrades to make it better. I fitted a 3? OME lift, 285/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs, front and rear Kaiser Intelligent differentials, Tom Woods custom drive shafts, Rovertym Engineering castor corrected swivel ball housings and cranked rear trailing arms, lowered shock mounts, a 12,000 pound Titan winch with synthetic line, Mantec snorkel, Turner Engineering performance head, new injectors and glow plugs, new alternator, a very nice sound system, and a Ezi Awn t-top 1600 roof top tent. The truck is in immaculate condition and is a joy to drive. It has the coveted 300 Tdi engine with an R380 transmission and LT230 transfer case. I will sell this if the offers are reasonable as I have way too much invested. To find a NAS 110 in this condition would cost you near 70K and it would still only get you 12 mpg. This one will get 25 mpg in the city. I just don?t use it enough to keep it.
