Bought as winter car last year, inspected till sept 2011, 4cyl. Two new front winter tires, plugs and wires, new battery. Drive it home, collecting dust in my driveway. Will trade. I figure someone could get the summer out of it for sure but as far as re-inspection, probably gonna cost some $$$.
