2003 Ford F-150 4X4 XL 7700 Series Pickup Truck in Chestermere, AB

I am looking to sell my F150 truck, as we are moving out of Chestermere soon. The truck is in excellent condition, I would have kept my truck if i had a parking spot for it at my new place.
The following is what has been done in the last 5 months:

It has [removed phone] km on it, the body is in very good condition and has been looked after as well, and the interior having regular shampooing and interior cleaning.It has a 6 Disc CD players with very great sound .It has a Remote starter and also have been through all it's maintenance and oil changes. The truck is midnight blue and extended cab, runs very very well.It also has it's Truck Manual still.
I am asking $9000 but willing to OBO and only serious people please.
