Mercury Villager Center Console Mount For Multi-CD Changer in Etobicoke, ON

For sale are 2 OEM lower center console pieces that can be installed in a 1995 (with a slight modification) or 1996 (without any modification) Mercury Villager Mini Van. With these two new sections of console installed to the lower center console replacing the existing storage console and right kick panel you are able to install a Multi-CD changer. I personally modified my 1995 Mercury Villager after buying these two OEM sections (designed for an optional package for the 1996 Mercury Villager). I installed metal support brackets in the main console piece (see in picture) thus allowing me to install a Pioneer 12 pack changer. The fit was better than factory and lasted the life of my vehicle without any problems. Basically all you have to do is remove the existing storage console held in place by 4 plastic plugs and a couple of sheet metal screws. The metal body section in the lower center console will require a small section of metal to be cut or ground away (in a 1995 Villager, none in the 1996 Villager).....job done, install your Multi CD changer. Whoever purchases these pieces I'll explain in detail the process which isn't rocket science, anybody could do it. The pieces were spray painted Mocha in color to match my interior using Ford OEM interior trim spray paint. You may wish to change the color to match your interior buying the paint from Ford...it's a perfect match and doesn't flake or scratch...I was pleasantly surprised! I don't recall the OEM Ford numbers of the parts but they are for the 1996 Mercury Villager with the optional CD Changer. Local pickup and thanks for your interest.
