The good:
Car was once owned by a mechanical shop, the motor has been rebuilt/refreshed at approximately 160,000 km's.
Oil changed every 4-5,000km
After market upper and lower sway bars
After market intake, unsure of brand
Stock exhaust replaced last year (quiet)
Recent maintenance includes fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel relay and oil change.
Car in great on gas, recently did a 3000km round trip up north problem free and spent just over $200 on fuel.
2 sets of rims and tires. Steel wheels with studded winter tires (40-50% tread life) and after market gold wheels with summer tires (50-60% tread life)

The bad:
Minor rusting in rear quarter panel, as typical for older Honda's
Tedious passive immobilizer, takes a bit to get used to
Dx models didnt come with power steering
CD player is ancient
