1989 Toyota Hiace 3L Not running in Lillooet, BC

Seller note:

I resign myself into selling my van. It hasn't run in two years. Here's what happened, the radiator leaked and I did not realized it right away and cracked the cylinder head. Took the head off send it to get fixed and it came back totally ruined (the cylinder head).
So now it needs a cylinder head.
The radiator has been fixed, it has a new water pump, timing belt, tensioner etc, new tires, brakes.
I also have the mechanical/body book for it.
The interior has plywood over the carpet and sides since I was using it for work (carpenter) which could be easily remove.
The exterior has some damaged on the back door, see photos.
I love this van, I was always hoping to fix it but time is passing by and I need a cube van now.
