2011 Subaru Legacy GT in Markham, ON

Hi.
I have a 2011 Satin Pearl Legacy Gt that I am leasing for $ 502.78 per month. The lease is up on June 5, 2014. The buyout at the end of the term is $20,807.80. The last payment is due on May 5, 2014. The car has 45,700 km's on it right now. The car was tinted at Thornhill Tints. I also have the Weather Tech Digital Fit liners front and back. The trunk also has a liner as well. The original lease was for 39 months at 0.9% interest rate. Each monthly payment reduces the buyback by approximately $417. My lease allowance is 24,000 km's per year, and I am allowed 78,000 km's in total. You can either take over the lease till the end of the term or buy the car for $ 26,800 as of March.

The car is fully loaded including navigation, voice activation, blue tooth, heated leather seats, back up camera etc.

My situation has changed recently. I am driving a lot more now due to work and my son's games. We have tournaments in Quebec, Ottawa, Kingston, Waterloo and three practices a week. I don't want to go over my allowable limit. I have leased cars for many years but due to the high km's I will be driving every year I am looking at buying a Passat TDI. I do have a set of snow tires and rims that I have been using, so there is very little wear on the original tires. I will not be including the snow tires with the car since they are the exact size for the Passat, but will look at selling the rims. They are gunmetal Fast Wheels which are much lighter than the stock rims.
