94 Astro Cargo/Commercial Minivan - obo in Nanaimo, BC

I have a 94 astro van - commercial model (no rear windows or seats) for sale good condition, runs and drives well its had an easy life as a realtor's assistant van for transporting real estate signs. it's white with some areas where it has just the stock grey sealer because it had marketing wrap on it promoting the business so some of the white came off in areas when the wrap got removed, but has almost 0 rust. its only got 222K on it, has a 6 cylinder. what's wrong with it? not much - the gas door needs its latch fixed, and it could use a new muffler. i'm selling it because i've just bought a truck so i'm open to offers! :)
