Volvo B230FT Short block & 16V head in North Vancouver, BC

Thinking about selling these parts.
The motor is a rear thrust B230FT with low mileage. It has been professionally hot tanked and bored and had the holes drilled for the BMW Oil squirter mod. It is a short block only - no heads, no oil pan, no accessories.
the 16V head is also complete, the top end is there, have all gears and extra valves, etc...
Asking $300 obo for the short block, $400 obo for the 16 Valve B234F head.
