2005 Honda S2000. Clean, Stock, Never winter driven for in Toronto, ON

I am selling my 2005 Honda S2000.
The car is in absolute perfect condition. Paint is perfect, interior is very clean. Car was never abused, never raced and never winter driven.
The car comes completely stock with only rims being altered.
The car has had synthetic only oil changes and 94 octane only.
Honda currently has 105,000km.
I am selling because I am using the money for an investment opportunity; I would not be selling the car otherwise.
I am asking $19,000 obo. I will not sell for anything low, so please don't e-mail if you are not prepared to pay $19,000, as this will be a highest bidder takes the car scenario.
